Shipping policy

Rudy Coffee is freshly roasted to order and ship within 5-7 business days. Depending on availability, certain coffee origins may take longer to roast and ship. Customers will receive an email notice their order is delayed. Our customer service team can suggest another coffee, or refund your order.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Orders $75 or more inside the contiguous US will receive free shipping. If your order inside the contiguous US is below $75, regular shipping fees are charged.

 

Please note: Free shipping applies to orders totaling $75 or more after discounts and promotions, before taxes, shipped within the contiguous United States

 

*Orders shipped anywhere outside the contiguous US will be charged actual carrier shipping rates

Please note: We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier and method so your coffee arrives fresh and fast! We use the following carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
