Living in a fast-paced world it is imperative that we can have decaffeinated coffee that is Organically grown and non-GMO. We do not use harsh chemicals like most coffee companies to remove the caffeine. Instead we use the Swiss Water® Process which removes caffeine by gently soaking green beans in water for over 8 hours. The water absorbs caffeine from the beans, and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99.9% of the caffeine is removed. Tastes like the real thing without the caffeine!

This 100% fresh crop organic Arabica coffee is a medium roast. The slight caramelization of the natural sugars in the bean gives the coffee a touch of roastiness, while it still retains its natural flavor character, giving it a sweet, pleasant aftertaste with low acidity.
